Your eID certificate could not be verified.
In most cases, the problem can be solved as follows :- Close all window tabs in your browser.
- Check to make sure your card reader is properly connected.
- First insert your eID into the card reader.
- Then launch your browser and try to log in again.
Does the problem persist?- Go to eID Authentication Test to check if your eID and card reader are working properly. For further assistance, please consult the eID FAQ (available in Dutch and French).
- Check whether you are running at least version 4.4.4.
Please note that there are different versions for IDs valid for 5 and 10 years.
